Where can I get the two live concert recordings that were promised with the new Pearl Jam CD, Backspacer?

I just bought the album Backspacer at Target the other day and supposedly I get to redeem two out of eleven concert recordings somewhere. Can anyone help me out here?

when you put the cd in your computer, a screen will come up w/ "backspacer" across the top and 9 pictures below that. move the mouse over each one and one will say download concert or something like that. if you click on it, it will take you to where you can choose which concerts to download. did it this morning, worked great.
